1) The troop will only pay for three leaders per week (four leaders if more than 25 boys) for summer camp. These leaders will stay in North Camp with the boys. Any additional adults who want to go up to MaKaJaWan must make reservations and pay to stay in family camp, as we do not want to overwhelm the boys with too many adults in camp.
2) Those wishing to attend summer camp as leaders must apply to the Scoutmaster. He will bring the list of candidates before the troop committee for them to decide which ones best fit the needs of the boys and the program at camp that year. Adults who have been fully trained will take priority. The committee will also decide who will be the scoutmaster at camp each week, if the regular troop scoutmaster will not be in attendance.
All applications for adult leaders at camp must be turned into the troop committee the month before camp deposits are due.
